Account deletion

Delete your Twovely account and data.

The fastest verified route is inside the app. If you cannot sign in, you can begin a manual request from the email attached to your account.

Delete inside Twovely

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Choose Account.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm permanent deletion.

Request by email

Send the request from the same email address used for Twovely. We may need to verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

The deletion workflow removes the Twovely authentication account and associated profile, circle memberships, private answers, reactions, push-token records and eligible subscription profile data from configured processors. Shared records needed by remaining participants are minimized or removed according to the final retention policy.

What may remain

Apple and Google may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations. Security, fraud-prevention or tax records may also need limited retention where law requires it; the final privacy policy will state exact periods.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting an account does not cancel billing managed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription in your app-store account before deleting Twovely.

Launch requirement

The privacy mailbox and manual identity-verification procedure must be active before this route can be used for production deletion requests.
